He Made It All
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” – Genesis 1:1
Before anything else existed — before there were people, or problems, or pain — there was God, and there was purpose. This one sentence anchors my soul when everything else feels uncertain. God made the heavens and the earth. He made the sea, the sky, the birds, and the trees. And somehow, He made me too.
When I stand under a wide sky or hear the wind whispering through the branches, I’m reminded: I didn’t create this world, and I don’t have to hold it all together. That’s His job. My role is to see, to believe, and to trust.
We live in a time when people question everything — even their own purpose. But this truth steadies me: the same God who shaped the stars also formed my story. The same One who crafted galaxies with intention has not forgotten me.
The heavens and the earth were made by design — and so were you and I. You are not random. Neither is the struggle you’re facing. The Creator who made the earth is still making beauty out of dust.
Today, I choose to rest in the hands of the One who made it all.
